We advise that you return the item using Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class signed-for, and ask that you retain all packaging, dispatch notes, labeling and other documents.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We try to process all returns as soon as we can - in busier periods this could mean up to 7 days. If you ever have any queries about your return then please email enquiries@colourmefun.co.uk with your name and order number and we will update you as soon as possible.
