How much is shipping?

We offer a flat shipping rate of £1.95 (UK), £3.95 (Europe), and £4.95 (rest of world.) Free UK shipping on orders over £20 before postage.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes or cancel your order please contact enquiries@colourmefun.co.uk before 12pm GMT. We will not be able to make any changes after this time if your order has already been processed.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched from our premises in Suffolk, UK and usually arrive within 2-3 working days in the UK. 

Deliveries to Europe usually arrive between 5-7 days and deliveries to the rest of the world in 7-10 working days. Occasionally customs delays might affect your delivery from time to time.  

Will I get a tracking number?

All of our orders are sent by standard first class post unless upgraded postage is chosen. In which case, a tracking number will be provided on dispatch.

Will I have to pay for additional duties and taxes?

You will be liable for all import duties, custom fees, and taxes. If incurred, these will be due at point of delivery.

Please be aware that Colour Me Fun does not have control of duties, fees, or taxes which the country which your order is being delivered to. We cannot advise on what cost may be involved as these will vary by countries accordingly.
